If you are looking to build a custom home in Granbury or the surrounding areas, Fortress Homes TX offers a personal building experience rooted in craftsmanship and trust.
We believe a custom home should reflect the people who live in it. Our mission is to build homes that are functional, thoughtfully designed, and tailored to each client’s vision.
We approach every project with collaboration and transparency. From early planning through the final walk through, our goal is to create a smooth process and a finished home that is well-built and aligns with your vision.
Building a new home does not need to feel overwhelming. Our process is structured, clear, and guided at every step.
Step 1
We help you evaluate your lot and confirm it is ready for construction. If you are still searching for land, we can provide guidance based on your goals and location.
Step 2
We work closely with you to develop a design that fits your lifestyle, layout preferences, and budget. Options and details are discussed early so expectations stay aligned.
Step 3
Your home is built with hands-on oversight and consistent communication. You receive updates throughout construction and have direct access to the builder.
Step 4
Final details are reviewed, the home is prepared for move-in, and we remain available after completion to ensure everything meets expectations.
Every Fortress home includes a clear 1-year in-house workmanship warranty along with extended structural protection for long-term peace of mind. We believe support after moving in is just as important as the build itself.
Warranty requests for workmanship are handled directly by our team during the first year, while long-term structural protection is supported through our trusted third-party warranty partner.
Our goal is to acknowledge requests quickly and schedule inspections or repairs in a timely manner. Clear communication and accountability remain the standard even after construction is complete.
Every home is personally overseen by the owner, ensuring direct accountability, consistent decisions, and hands on attention from start to finish.
Clients receive regular updates, clear answers, and direct access to the builder, so there is always clarity at every stage of the process.
Each home is built with care, precision, and pride, with a focus on doing the work right and maintaining quality across every phase of construction.
